System Reviews
System Reviews from G&G Peer Reviewers provide an assessment of your firm’s quality control and policies/procedures via AICPA standards.
G&G Peer Reviewers provide System Reviews for CPA firms that perform work in the following areas: Statement on Auditing Standards (SASs,) the Government Auditing Standards (Yellow Book), examinations under the Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAEs), or employee benefit plan engagements as their highest level of service.
Within a System Review G&G Peer Reviewers will perform the following: interview firm personnel, examine CPE records, examine outside consultations regarding A&A matters, examine independence representations, test a reasonable cross-section of the firm’s engagements with a focus on high-risk engagements and significant risk areas.
G&G Peer Reviewers will conveniently travel to your location to conduct a System Review, or can arrange to conduct the review at a more convenient location if possible.
Engagement Reviews
Engagement Reviews from G&G Peer Reviewers will evaluate your firm’s execution and reporting ensuring it conforms to acceptable standards.
G&G’s Engagement Review will carefully review all material submitted by your firm (financial statements, etc.) to attest that it meets the appropriate standards.
